Microplate Reader Results

OncImmune is a biotechnology company developing blood tests to enable the early detection of breast and ovarian cancer. Part of the development process involves running a series of tests on blood samples using a Micro Array Reader. This process generates a colossal amount of data. For example, a recent study on 230 women generated a quarter of a million readings.

Harlow Wood Consulting were commissioned to develop a framework to track and to hold details on serum samples and the results of tests run against these serum samples using a Micro Array Reader. The framework also provides the facility to check the calibration of the device being used and to validate the results of each test performed using that device.
